Jennifer is a Licensed Massage Therapist offering many different types of massages including Relaxation Massage, Therapeutic Massage, Chair Massage, and Thai Yoga Massage. Thai Yoga Massage is a unique form of massage that involves stretching of the muscles and joints, spinal movements, and placing the recipient in a variety of yoga postures. In this form of massage, the recipient is clothed and the massage is performed on a cushioned mat on the floor. No massage oil or cream is used. A typical Thai Yoga Massage is 90 minutes, but can also be performed in 60 or 30 minutes intervals.
